About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Troy Wotherspoon Insurance Services (Nordel) Ltd. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are met, including completion of forms and medical examinations.
  • Claims Handling: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell insurance products to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each policy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Provincial or territorial license.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
