We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at King Edwards Extended Stay Group Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the hotel.
