Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery Leduc. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory control.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
