D'CONCEPCION is seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to provide nurturing and attentive care for children in a home environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of the children under your supervision.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Previous experience in childcare is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Change diapers and care for infants' hygiene
• Sterilize feeding bottles and prepare infant formulas
• Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• Accompany families on trips, assisting with child supervision
• Feed, dress, and bathe children
• Implement discipline strategies as instructed by parents
• Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills
• Maintain records of children's daily activities and health
• Ensure a safe and healthy home environment
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Help children prepare for rest periods
• Supervise and provide care for children
• Support the emotional well-being of children
• Prepare meals as needed

Requirements

• Transportation: Own vehicle required; public transport is not available
• Licensing: Valid driver's license

Physical Demands

• Ability to handle physical tasks and repetitive duties
• Must work well under pressure and pay attention to detail
• Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
