About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Boardwalk Insurance Corporation. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop software requirements
    • Document and communicate requirements to the development team
  • Software Development
    • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code
    • Develop and implement software solutions to meet business needs
  • Project Management
    • Assist in the planning and execution of software development projects
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct testing and quality control to ensure software meets requirements
    • Identify and report defects and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in software development
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Python
    • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies
