Key Responsibilities: Companion/Sitter/Household Management: Provide companionship and respite services, assist with meal planning and preparation, support with shopping, driving, and running errands, and perform homemaking tasks including but not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, washing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms. Medication Assistance: Aid clients with medications they self-administer. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent certification. Experience as a Home Care Companion (in residential or facility settings) is preferred. Must meet passing criteria on DEARS (Drugs and Ethics) test. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the role. Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle or reliable transportation.
