    • Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to multitask.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity required. The ability to stand for extended periods, and to work under pressure is essential.
