**About Our Team**

Electronic Arts' Data and Analytics (DnA) department is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technical project management efforts. As a Senior Development Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for multiple projects across our organization, including infrastructure and data architecture.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of technical project managers, data architects, product managers, software developers, QA analysts, and other partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project quality, delivery, and predictability.
  • Identify resourcing needs and proactively manage risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Be an engagement manager with partners, understanding their needs and helping build a foundation for successful engagement.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience managing large programs in a distributed team environment.
  • Experience managing technical project managers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and a hunger for learning new techniques.
