The Data Analyst - Product will be a key member of the Data Analyses & Data Science team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to derive actionable insights that drive decision-making and profitable growth. This role will report to the Director of Product Operations and will play a critical role in supporting and developing the overall Data Analysis capabilities for the Product team.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from diverse sources and systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze data and proactively derive insights through quantitative analysis and statistical techniques.
- Extract insights related to user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics to accelerate profitable growth and product improvements.
- Develop and implement new metrics for measuring business performance, recommending new reports as needed.
- Manage projects by prioritizing thorough discovery, gathering precise requirements, and clearly defining problem spaces.
- Effectively manage stakeholders by providing frequent progress updates and distilling results into concise presentations.
- Maintain proficiency within the data analysis domain by keeping up with technology and trend shifts.
- Advanced analytics skills, knowledge of statistics, SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Fluency with data visualization tools, primarily Tableau.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that enable decision-making and profitable growth.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Project management skills, ability to ramp-up on projects quickly.
- Bachelor's degree or Post-Secondary Diploma in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar data analysis position.
- Travel for this position may include 1-2 times-a-year travel to attend internal meetings.
- This position does not supervise others.
