Job Title: Licensed Plumber or Plumbing Apprentice
Reporting To: Field Manager, Plumbing
Department: Plumbing and Duct Cleaning
Compensation: As per the Collective Agreement
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to customer satisfaction.
- Complete diagnostics and repair tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe and working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with necessary materials for plumbing tasks.
- Respond to plumbing service requests, including those under the plumbing and drains protection plan, and chargeable services. Handle daily service requests for electric water heaters professionally.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certified licensed Plumber in Ontario or an Active Plumbing Apprentice.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks.
- Good mechanical skills, proficient in using necessary tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on results and high performance.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
