Job Title: Middle School Learning Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Assistant to join our team at Unity Christian School. As an integral member of our Educational Support Services team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a Christ-centered, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the learning of students in Grades 6-8 by being an additional support in classes like Math and English Language Arts. This will involve working 1:1 or in small groups, as well as circulating in the classroom to help as needed.

We are looking for a growth-minded, energetic, team-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can join our Educational Support Services team. As a staff, we are committed to being:

Each candidate must be:

  • a committed Christian
  • dedicated to Christian education
  • trained and/or experienced in working with children with a variety of learning needs

Preference will be given to candidates with an EA certificate or equivalent training.
