Position Overview

As a Truck Driver at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across various distances. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and vehicle integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and navigate straight or articulated trucks to deliver goods and materials.
  • Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and necessary brake adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
  • Safeguard the cargo through effective tarping and security measures.
  • Handle and transport hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Must possess an AZ class license.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position demands attention to detail and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads. The typical work schedule ranges from 35 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
