Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of large commercial accounts with complex lending needs, ensuring excellent risk management and business results.
- Grow the size and profitability of our commercial book through strategic relationship-building and sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Commercial Credit to structure and negotiate complex credit arrangements, ensuring a strong return on investment for the Credit Union.
- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying a 'Member-centric' approach and ensuring a high standard of employee engagement and community involvement.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial lending experience in sales/service and portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking policies, procedures, and techniques, with advanced credit and interviewing skills.
- Superior origination, business development, and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to interact at all levels within the organization and in the community, with a strong understanding of the commercial banking marketplace and key industries.
