- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Primarily in the employer's residence.
- Occasional work in clients' homes may be required.
- Assume complete responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Provide bathing, dressing, and feeding for infants and children.
- Implement discipline strategies as requested by parents.
- Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills development.
- Ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
- Organize engaging activities, including games and outings.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to children's needs.
- Supervise and care for children at all times.
- Attend to the emotional well-being of children.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in childcare is required.
- Work Term: Temporary position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
