Job Description for Project Manager, Interior Design

Moe's Home Collection is seeking a skilled Project Manager, Interior Design to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of interior design projects.

Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs: Accurately estimate the cost of projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Design Consultation: Provide expert advice on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space, ensuring that the final design meets their expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as interior design or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions

  • Hours: 35 hours per week
