Job Title: Cabinetmaker

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Blue Bison Design & Build Inc.

Job Summary

The Cabinetmaker will be responsible for creating high-quality wooden furniture and fixtures for residential and commercial clients. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study plans, specifications, or drawings to create custom wooden pieces
  • Trim joints and assemble parts to form complete units
  • Sand and finish wooden surfaces to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Supervise other workers and estimate costs and materials
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment

The Cabinetmaker will work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial locations. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
