Machinist Technician

Candor Industries is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools to produce precision parts and components.
Key Responsibilities- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Measure and lay out work pieces to prepare for assembly
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to understand production requirements
- Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
- Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet production needs
- Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and productivity. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
