Auto Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their auto insurance needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional advice and guidance on auto insurance matters.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
- Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and insurance software.
