About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at ROWDY'S BAR. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Manage inventory levels, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.

Quality Control and Assurance

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluency in English

Work Hours

32 to 40 hours per week
