We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Coordinator to oversee and manage project schedules effectively. In this capacity, you will be tasked with planning, developing, maintaining, and monitoring project timelines. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the project team adheres to deadlines and achieves deliverables while keeping thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, maintaining essential documentation.
  • Facilitate communication regarding plans, actions, risks, and issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Analyze project data and generate comprehensive progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
Educational Background and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related technical discipline is required.
  • Experience with MS Projects, EVMS, or Primavera P6; Cobra is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role is necessary.
