Vergers Leahy Inc. is seeking a skilled Electromechanic to join our team in the MRC Haut-Saint-Laurent region. As an Electromechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, refurbish, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions and failures on a preventive basis
  • Read blueprints, diagrams, schematics, documents, and procedures to determine how to proceed
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery and premises
  • Troubleshoot and replace motors
  • Perform minor electrical repairs
Requirements:
  • Have initiative
  • Have team spirit
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Have a good speed of execution
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to work physically and in difficult climatic conditions
  • Bilingualism (asset)
