Job Title: Financial Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join our team at MITT. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing financial statements and reports, and performing various financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Private sector experience
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Spreadsheet software
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • MS Windows
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

We offer a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours per week and English as the primary language of work.
