About the Truck Driver Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering high-quality service to customers, including generating sales leads and building strong relationships.
  • Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Perform vehicle inspections to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle and to identify any potential issues.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 or Class A CDL with proper airbrake/manual transmission endorsements.
  • Safe driving record and history, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights, and to safely climb in and out of the tractor cab/trailer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances.
