Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
- Customer Service: Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Establish and maintain work schedules, supervise and coordinate team activities, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling merchandise and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages and customer requests.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependability, initiative, and judgement.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
