Position Overview

Midas is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to fill the role of Tire and Lubrication Expert. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers' vehicles through thorough inspection, diagnosis, and repair, leveraging our extensive automotive repair expertise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tire and Lubrication Expert at Midas, you will be responsible for a variety of automotive maintenance tasks, including:
  • Conducting routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes and fluid exchanges
  • Performing visual safety inspections and courtesy checks
  • Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires
  • Testing and replacing batteries as needed
  • Changing bulbs, belts, and hoses
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of shop areas
  • Assisting with other maintenance tasks as required
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through efficient tire installation and repair for passenger vehicles
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure top-quality tire and automotive service
  • Safely retrieving customer vehicles and securing them for necessary tire repairs
  • Performing additional maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Ensuring the facility and equipment are maintained in a safe and clean condition at all times
Qualifications
  • Experience in tire installation and service is preferred
  • Mechanically inclined with a fundamental understanding of routine automotive maintenance
  • A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer care

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Midas locations operate independently under franchise ownership. Applications will be directed to the specific Midas franchise location, and all hiring decisions will be made by that location's management team.
