- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Support the service team and floor manager while on shift, working collaboratively to deliver seamless service.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and staff.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional dining experience.

- Be extremely knowledgeable about every menu item and able to convey a meaningful description for all guest inquiries, showcasing your expertise and passion for mixology.

- Accurately record and relay all food and drink orders, ensuring seamless communication between the bar and kitchen teams.

Requirements

- Hold a valid Serve it Right certification, demonstrating your expertise in responsible serving practices.
- Obtain a valid work permit, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
