Senior Project Manager

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the M365 project, working closely with clients, executives, and representatives from the Chief Information Office and the Information and Service Management Directorate.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough Project Risk and Complexity Assessments (PCRA) to ensure project success and align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, schedule, benefits realization, and project governance framework, aligned with the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) framework.
  • Oversee and monitor project team members' deliverables to ensure successful project execution and meet the client's expectations.
  • Liaise with Shared Services Canada (SSC) and S.i. Systèmes IT Security and Privacy teams to ensure project deliverables are scheduled and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from planning to closeout, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance optimization.
  • Formulate problem statements, establish procedures for new or modified project elements, and obtain necessary approvals from senior management.
  • Define project objectives, determine budgetary requirements, and establish project team roles, responsibilities, and terms of reference.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the last 15 years, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Postsecondary degree, diploma, or certification in project management, information management, computer science, or business administration, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven experience supporting 3 Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Information Management (IM) Projects within the last 10 years, with a strong understanding of ECM frameworks.
  • Experience supporting 4 Application Development, Application Implementation, or Modernization initiatives (at least one GOC project) within the last 10 years, with a focus on digital transformation.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Additional experience supporting 5 Application Development, Application Implementation, or Modernization initiatives, with a focus on digital transformation.
