About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Canada Recruitment Agency. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement IT Solutions: Develop and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assess Security Risks: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews: Review quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure our IT solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Operate Testing Equipment: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Document Test Results: Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Conduct Defect Detection: Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects in our IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Agile, Development and Operations (DevOps), Jenkins, Jira, C++, Java, SQL, Atlassian Confluence, Software quality assurance, MS SQL Server.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, team player, analytical, proactive.
