Biologist / Wildlife Habitat Specialist

Job Summary:

Wright Canada Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Biologist / Wildlife Habitat Specialist to join our team. As an Avian Bird Conservationist, you will be responsible for conducting breeding bird and nest surveys in Manitoba, coordinating with contractors, and preparing result summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct breeding bird and nest surveys in Manitoba to ensure the conservation of avian species.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure effective project implementation.
• Prepare detailed result summaries to inform conservation efforts.
• Assist in other fieldwork areas as necessary to support the team's objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in biology or related field, or equivalent experience as an Avian Bird Conservationist.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License to operate company vehicles.
