About the Role:

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of projects, enhancements, and production support for our ERP system, leveraging SAP Functional Consultant expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with business case development and perform cost-benefit analyses to support proposed solutions.
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fintech sector experience, preferably a SAP Finance Functional Consultant role.
  • Solid knowledge of all SAP ERP finance modules (SAP ECC, SAP CAR) including GL - General Ledger, AP - Account Payable, AR - Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Vendor Payment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering) or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive business analysis experience working in retail technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrations and application infrastructure.
  • Track record of delivery in a managed services environment, with a variety of 3rd party solution vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to articulate solutions in clear business language.
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio and core Microsoft products.
  • Proficiency in leveraging SQL statements to query and export data to support various analyses and troubleshooting.
