About the Role

Ridgeline Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units to build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units to specifications
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units
  • Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks using hand and power tools
  • Restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in various weather conditions.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
