The Job – Water Damage Restoration Lead

As a Water Damage Restoration Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our team in responding to water damage emergencies. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to get their properties back to normal.

What You'll Bring:

  • IICRC S- Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification
  • Knowledge of structural drying procedures
  • Ability to perform structural drying assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines
  • Ability to complete multi-unit structural drying assessments
  • Leadership abilities and experience leading a team
  • Experienced with all drying tools (air movers, negative air machines, pressurized drying systems, floor drying systems, dehumidifiers)
  • Organized with a good sense of time— you're rarely late and know where all your tools are
  • Physically fit
  • A safety-first mindset
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)
  • Ability to communicate in English

Disaster Response
