Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at United Protective Flooring Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of resilient floor coverings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, preparing accurate flooring plans and schedules.
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of damaged floor coverings, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations, guaranteeing a successful outcome.
  • Prepare floors for installations, removing existing coverings and contaminants as needed.
Work Environment

As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, odors, and dust levels. You must be physically fit and able to lift, bend, and kneel regularly.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
