About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Plant Laborer to join our team at Central Paving Ltd. As an Asphalt Plant Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our asphalt plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload construction materials, such as asphalt and aggregates, from trucks and equipment.
  • Crane Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to prepare the site for construction.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
