KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold the Moncler Americas Sales and Service standards consistently across all store personnel.
  • Propel store sales and productivity by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Store Sales, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Conversion Rates, Repurchase Rates, Productivity, and Inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to conduct business analysis and devise action plans aimed at strategically expanding the business.
  • Ensure flawless execution of Company strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures within the store.
  • Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor, connecting with our top clients and VIPs, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met while achieving Moncler "Vibes" shop goals.
  • Guide the team in establishing client relationships and proposing local events and consignment opportunities through ongoing networking; support product launches that encourage high client attendance and robust sales outcomes.
  • Effectively coach store staff to comply with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, Customer Experience Management, Customer Relationship Management, etc.) – ensuring execution of all deliverables.
  • Take charge of team development and play an active role in their growth. Manage employee performance to foster individual growth, engagement, and career progression for future leaders through consistent communication, goal setting, performance appraisals, team meetings, and individual development plans.
  • Inspire the sales team and lead by example, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and providing in-the-moment coaching as needed.
  • Proactively attract, recruit, and hire high-caliber talent, building a talent pipeline through networking and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and Human Resources Director to address employee relations issues effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain operational excellence within the store, ensuring efficiency and safeguarding company assets through effective schedule management, payroll records, inventory oversight, cash management, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor store expenses and manage the operating budget with a focus on cost reduction.
  • Supervise in-store after-sales operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience.
  • Oversee the in-store consignment program, maximizing client engagement and delivering unique, personalized experiences for our top clients.
  • Support and uphold visual merchandising standards established by HQ and the Americas visual team; execute floor changes as necessary.
  • Analyze reports and communicate with key business departments to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring high sell-through rates and alignment with new product launches; provide product feedback to maximize sales.
  • Train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is well-versed in brand pillars and seasonal strategies by collaborating with internal departments for product support.
  • Stay attuned to the competitive landscape, trends, and future opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Retail Management, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven success in sales generation, client relationship building, and employee development.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels, including team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to galvanize a team around company initiatives.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and take actionable steps to drive results.
  • Capability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour work week.
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
  • Ability to work in a contract or temporary role.

Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, taking into account various factors such as business needs, skill sets, experience, and training. The estimated base salary range is CAD 100,000 to CAD 110,000 per year.
