About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Scholten's Lincoln. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a confectionery/corner store or retail business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
