About the Role

Norse Landscapes Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a Landscape Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including construction, plant care, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod, seeding, and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Tie and secure plants, and perform weeding, pruning, and trimming tasks.
  • Cut grass, remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Apply fertilizers and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Working Conditions
  • Work outdoors in various locations, including landscape maintenance areas.
  • Work setting may include fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
