Nurse Aide Job Description

Pavillon Laurier is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
