Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery of bridge projects, including design, construction, and maintenance
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve project delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Professional license in Ontario (PEO)
  • 15+ years of experience in bridge design and management
  • Strong technical, leadership, and management skills
  • Experience with Canadian codes and standards, local methodologies, and Ontario construction details and specifications
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment
