Role Overview: As a SAP Governance and Compliance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our digital transformation initiatives within our agile framework.
Our agile operating model encompasses two key elements: Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution focuses on synchronizing various missions with business objectives and fostering extensive collaboration. Meanwhile, Digital Capability emphasizes the growth and development of individuals within their specialized fields.
This dual approach allows us to efficiently scale agile methodologies while concentrating on both product innovation and the enhancement of individual skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP GRC Configuration and Management: Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management, ensuring effective governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Application Control Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive application controls within SAP and other systems to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Compliance and Auditing: Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments within SAP and related systems to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to standards.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Execute risk assessments related to SAP and GRC processes, developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Incident Response and Resolution: Address security incidents and compliance breaches, collaborating with cybersecurity teams to investigate and implement corrective measures.
- Training and Support: Provide training and resources to SAP users regarding GRC processes and application controls, enhancing overall compliance and understanding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with DigitalX, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment of SAP GRC initiatives with overarching business goals.
This position is essential for maintaining the security and compliance of our Enterprise Platforms and Applications, ensuring they align with our risk management strategies.
