Position Overview

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MR TILES INC, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of our organization within the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. Your expertise will guide our financial strategies and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and establish the company's financial objectives while formulating and approving essential policies and programs.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and oversee the appointment of senior management personnel.
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute company policies and programs effectively.
  • Implement financial and administrative controls while overseeing promotional campaigns and overall personnel planning.
  • Select and mentor middle management, directors, and other executive staff.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
