Job Title: BIM and GIS Sites Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM and GIS Sites Technician to join our team at Canam. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to site teams, utilizing 3D scans, geospatial, and metrology to optimize BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to site teams, utilizing 3D scans, geospatial, and metrology to optimize BIM processes.
  • Integrate 3D scans and geospatial data to improve the quality and accuracy of 3D models on site.
  • Train and support field teams in the optimal use of 3D scans, integrating advanced geospatial and metrology techniques.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure smooth collaboration with all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in construction or construction experience.
  • Previous experience in BIM, geospatial, and metrology.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French.
