Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Beeryani Indian Bistro & Bar Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing sales and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Adhere to provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible service environment.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
