About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Development Engineer Intern to join our team at BRP. As a Process Development Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in the development of system components from design to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop system components from design to production, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the vision that will guide system development on upcoming platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, purchasing, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering, to ensure seamless product development.
  • Develop and implement validation plans to ensure product performance and quality.
  • Conduct studies, analysis, and calculations to guide designer technicians and project developers in their work.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components.
  • Participate in project management activities, including setting performance criteria and ensuring plan execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with the operation and construction of mechanical systems for motor vehicles.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to our manufacturing sites.
