We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Omega Formwork Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

• Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth and even finish.
• Equipment Operation: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
• Work at Heights: Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Surface Preparation: Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on best practices and techniques.
• Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
• Quality Control: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Standing and Walking: Stand for extended periods and walk on uneven surfaces.
