We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Fastenal Canada. Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
- Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
