Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and destinations, and provide expert advice to clients on the best places to visit.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, travel suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in the travel industry is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computerized reservation and ticketing systems, such as Galileo and Amadeus.
