Job Title: Cellular Telephone Technician

NANAK WIRELESS DISTRIBUTION INC is seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, including cellular telephone systems. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware
  • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment
  • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment
  • Analyze test results and adjust, change, or repair switching system, network, associated equipment, and software
  • Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble
  • Initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel
  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment
  • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Work Environment

Hours of Work

The successful candidate will work 32 to 35 hours per week.
