In the role of Franchise Store Operator, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including strategic direction, vision, talent management, and operational excellence for the entire store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own business with the backing of a corporate network Promote and support community engagement and activities Cultivate a positive workplace by fostering a coaching and development culture that values a passion for food Create an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty, sales, and profitability Ensure compliance with brand standards Adhere to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations Provide leadership and direction for a store team of over 50 employees

Qualifications:

Demonstrated history of business success Strong business and financial insight Excellent leadership and communication abilities Experience in leading and developing teams Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations across the entire store Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment Post-secondary education is preferred Expertise and experience to ensure the effective operation of a business to meet financial targets and key performance indicators

*An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
