Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in loading buspans and trays, and prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Service Support: Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment, to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas such as refrigerators and cupboards.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.

Work Environment

This position is based in an urban area and requires a commitment of approximately 30 hours per week. The working language is English.
